![]() The second issue appears to be a Lubuntu issue. But I'd like there to be a shortcut so I can open it from my desktop with the click of a button, not have to navigate into subfolders every time i want to use it, obviously. These apps are new to me and I have no idea how they work. I'm not even sure if it's actually installed on my computer or what. I have to go to downloads and relaunch the app every time. The first is that the program doesn't show up in my lxqt Menu Thingy. However, I have two major issues with it currently. but eventually with help from some people on the internet I was able to download a recent build in app form, and aside from the audio getting super crunchy on preview playback when I ask it to do something hard like a transition, it seems to work great. It was a bit of a nightmare to even get the program to work - the version that comes in the software "Discovery" center was basically a dud that wouldn't launch at all, and then when I tried installing a different version from terminal the program would open but crashed every time i tried to import a video clip. I've recently installed OpenShot Video Editor.
